Coaching & Human-Centred Practice

People thrive when they have space to reflect, reset and move forward with confidence. Coaching is a client-led, thought-provoking and creative process, which inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential.

My coaching and human-centred practice is grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies, professional training in psychology, extensive experience supporting individuals in complex environments, and many years of work focused on relationships, communication and wellbeing.

Across my career — in organisational development, higher education, student support and people services — I’ve supported individuals navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics, significant life or work transitions, and environments characterised by complexity and change. I am also in the process of obtaining certification with the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach.

I bring a reflective, relational and psychologically informed perspective to coaching, with a strong emphasis on empathy, clarity, values and personal agency. My ongoing formal coaching training further strengthens this foundation.
