Coaching

Life can feel overwhelming when work, relationships, family responsibilities and personal goals all compete for your time and energy.

I work with people navigating complexity, change and uncertainty — helping them step back, think clearly, and move forward in ways that feel more aligned, sustainable and fulfilling.

By exploring the many aspects of our busy lives that make us who we are – our careers, family, relationships and personal goals – I’ll help you gain clarity amidst complexity. We will unpack what really matters to you and clarify what you want for your whole future. From here, I’ll support you to identify and take focused action that brings you closer to your ideal future. Together, we will explore different options at your disposal and determine what might be holding you back, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to make the best choices for you.

What is Coaching? (and what it isn’t)

Coaching isn’t about someone telling you what to do or having all the answers for you.

It’s a supportive, thought-provoking partnership that gives you the space to step back, reflect, and work through what’s really going on — so you can make clearer, more intentional choices about where you want to go next.

You remain the expert in your own life. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, help you uncover insights and patterns, and support you to move forward in ways that align with your values, strengths and goals.

How I can support you

I often work with people who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by competing work and life pressures.
  • Struggling with stress, burnout or uncertainty about what comes next.
  • Navigating leadership responsibilities or difficult workplace dynamics.
  • Trying to balance meaningful work with family, caring or personal commitments.
  • Questioning whether their current path still aligns with who they are and what matters to them.
  • Feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure how to move forward.

I also support people navigating major transitions such as career change, study, parenthood, relationship change, or stepping into new leadership roles.

While I work with clients from many backgrounds, I have particular experience supporting people working in higher education and the public sector — especially those balancing people-focused values with increasingly complex organisational demands.
