Coaching

I provide confidential, one-on-one coaching for people navigating complex life and career transitions and seeking work-life harmony. Specialising in the nexus between work and life, I help clients work through stress, uncertainty and burnout associated with increased responsibility and change.

By exploring the many aspects of our busy lives that make us who we are – our careers, family, relationships and personal goals – I help clients find clarity in complexity. We will unpack what really matters to you and clarify what you want for your whole future. From here, I’ll support you to identify and take focused action that brings you closer to your ideal future. Together, we will explore different options at your disposal and determine what might be holding you back, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to make the best choices for you.

What is Coaching? (and what it isn’t)

Coaching is a client-led, confidential and thought-provoking process. Where a therapist, consultant or mentor might draw on particular expertise to advise you what to do next, coaching is more of a partnership. It’s a process that helps you uncover your own insights and to identify opportunities to bring you closer to your goals. You remain the expert in your own life – my role is to foster your self-awareness, help you explore new possibilities and find effective solutions in a safe, non-judgemental space.

How I can support you

I work with a range of clients navigating significant transitions that impact their career, family, relationships or personal lives. Some issues I commonly support clients with include:

  • Career planning and transition: Landing your dream job, taking on a new role, working toward retirement or contemplating a career change while maintaining alignment to your personal, relationship and family goals.
  • Educational pursuit: Finding motivation and managing competing demands like work and caring responsibilities, as you commence or complete tertiary studies.
  • Complex personal or professional relationships: Navigating teething issues in a new relationship or marriage, refreshing your goals after separating from a long-term partner, or managing complex interpersonal dynamics at work.
  • Family transitions: Fostering your own wellbeing and career while navigating the birth of a child, or returning to work after parental leave.
  • Anyone feeling stuck in their life, study or work.

I have particular expertise in working with clients working in higher education and the public sector, but also take clients in other industries, or who are just starting their career journeys.
