Leveraging evidence and lived experience to guide meaningful improvement
Evaluation provides a clear picture of reality — not just outcomes, but the experiences and systems that shape them. My work helps organisations make informed, confident decisions that improve programs, services and support the people who rely on them.
I specialise in making sense of complex programs and services by bringing together evidence, lived experience and contextual understanding. My evaluation expertise has been shaped through many years of work in higher education, student services, people and culture, and organisational development, alongside postgraduate research qualifications.
I have deep experience in qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, data analysis and thematic review. This is supported by strong conceptual understanding of program logic, service design, lived experience frameworks and outcomes measurement.
My approach reflects an appreciation for how programs operate within broader systems — and how organisational context, relationships, and implementation shape their success.
