  • Service design and improvement: I work with teams to analyse service strengths and gaps, and design improvements grounded in evidence and student feedback.
  • Strategy and framework design: I help institutions bring together different ideas, programs and intentions into a clear, unifying framework that ensures everyone is working together towards a shared goal.
  • Student insights and reporting: I prepare reports that highlight key findings and provide practical, context-aware recommendations.
  • Workshops and facilitated discussions: I support teams to understand insights, reflect on challenges and build shared ways forward.
