Over many years working across government, higher education and people services, I’ve developed a strong grasp of the dynamics that influence capability, culture and change.
I bring expertise in workforce planning, capability development, strategic design and culture change, with a particular interest in the relational and human factors that shape how work gets done. My experience includes supporting large-scale organisational strategies, people-focused projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives where clarity, collaboration and context matter.
