I have deep expertise in supporting organisations to understand and strengthen their people capability. My background includes developing and advising on strategy, capability frameworks, workforce insights and culture initiatives across government and higher education. I bring a strong understanding of how people, systems and organisational dynamics interact ā and how these relationships shape performance, wellbeing and change.

Evaluation & Insight
I specialise in making sense of complex programs, services and initiatives through thoughtful, evidence-informed evaluation. My work draws on experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder engagement and outcomes-focused assessment. Iām particularly interested in how people experience services and how insights can inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Student Experience & Equity
With a PhD exploring the holistic online student experience and more than 15 years working in higher education, I have specialist expertise in learner experience, student support, equity and belonging. My work in this area focuses on understanding diverse student needs, the conditions that support engagement and wellbeing, and the ways institutional systems can better enable success.

Coaching & Human-Centred Practice
My coaching approach is grounded in psychological principles, reflective inquiry and extensive experience supporting people through complexity. I specialise in human-centred practice ā helping individuals and teams navigate interpersonal dynamics, transitions, wellbeing challenges and the relational aspects of organisational life. I am also working toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach qualification to deepen and extend this work.
