We will unpack what really matters to you and clarify what you want for your whole future. From here, I&#8217;ll support you to identify and take focused action that brings you closer to your ideal future. Together, we will explore different options at your disposal and determine what might be holding you back, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to make the best choices for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Coaching? (and what it isn&#8217;t)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching isn\u2019t about someone telling you what to do or having all the answers for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a supportive, thought-provoking partnership that gives you the space to step back, reflect, and work through what\u2019s really going on \u2014 so you can make clearer, more intentional choices about where you want to go next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You remain the expert in your own life.
