My work supports clarity, connection and capability \u2014 laying the foundations for cultures where individuals and teams can do their best work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My organisational development work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people, systems and structures interact within complex organisations. Over many years working across government, higher education and people services, I\u2019ve developed a strong grasp of the dynamics that influence capability, culture and change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I bring expertise in workforce planning, capability development, strategic design and culture change, with a particular interest in the relational and human factors that shape how work gets done.
