My background includes developing and advising on strategy, capability frameworks, workforce insights and culture initiatives across government and higher education. My work draws on experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder engagement and outcomes-focused assessment. I specialise in human-centred practice \u2014 helping individuals and teams navigate interpersonal dynamics, transitions, wellbeing challenges and the relational aspects of organisational life.
